Solvay’s Udel P-1700 polysulfone (PSU) was chosen for the new series of bioprocess fittings, designed for biocompatibility, transparency, strength and rigidity, broad temperature range and compatibility with gamma radiation (up to 50 kGy) and steam sterilization.
